These sessions offer parents and carers a confidential space, separate to any work within the schools, to reflect on and process their own emotional and psychological difficulties and distress. <\/strong><\/p>\n

They aim to provide parents and carers with strategies and tools to help them manage their mental and emotional wellbeing after the therapy has finished or, if appropriate, signpost them for further support in their local area. <\/p>

Sessions can be accessed remotely or face to face in a local community setting. <\/p>

It is well recognised that supporting parents and carers often has a positive impact on their children\u2019s mental and emotional health, increases their children\u2019s capacity to learn and thrive and creates more positive relationships at home.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
